Christopher Ramsey is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Syntes AI, where he leads customer strategy, go-to-market execution, partnerships, and enterprise growth.
Christopher has more than 25 years of experience building and scaling enterprise software companies. He previously co-founded LATISTA, an enterprise data management platform that was acquired by Oracle-Textura. Following the acquisition, he held executive leadership positions focused on enterprise software growth and customer success.
Earlier in his career, Christopher served as Senior Vice President at NIC Inc. (NASDAQ: EGOV), where he led public sector initiatives, and held leadership roles at IBM focused on enterprise sales and channel development.
He has worked with Fortune 500 companies and government organizations across digital transformation, enterprise software, cloud technologies, and AI. Christopher holds an MBA from Georgetown University and completed his AI studies through the University of Pennsylvania.
Before joining Syntes AI, Christopher was a Partner at Rubicon Ventures and a Founding Partner of Range Capital Group International. Prior to that, he served as President of LATISTA-Textura, where he was a member of the Executive and Compliance Committees. LATISTA, a leader in construction and engineering field data management, was acquired by Textura (NYSE: TXTR) in 2013, and later merged with Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) in 2016.
As the Co-founder and CEO of LATISTA, Christopher led the development of patented, award-winning SaaS and mobile solutions. His leadership helped recruit top talent, secure Fortune 500 customers, and expand the company’s global presence. LATISTA’s innovations significantly improved quality control and risk management for large-scale projects worldwide.
Earlier in his career, Christopher was Senior Vice President at NIC, Inc. (NASDAQ: EGOV), where he helped create the company’s sales, marketing, and public relations strategies. Under his guidance, NIC raised over $100M in capital and grew to over $45M in annual revenue after going public. Before NIC, Christopher held management roles at IBM (NYSE: IBM), where he contributed to strategic initiatives in operations and supply chain management, including a key project with GE.
Christopher holds a BA from Washburn University, an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, and multiple patents in computer technologies.

Andrei Lavrov is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Syntes AI and leads the company's technology vision, platform architecture, and artificial intelligence strategy.
A lifelong software architect and mathematician, Andrei has spent more than two decades designing enterprise software platforms and advanced data systems. He previously co-founded LATISTA, where he helped build the enterprise platform that was later acquired by Textura-Oracle.
Prior to LATISTA, Andrei co-founded the international interactive marketing companies serving Apple and Razer. Throughout his career he has focused on enterprise architecture, graph technologies, machine learning, AI and large-scale software engineering.
He holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM), an MBA from Georgetown University, and completed Stanford University's intensive Artificial Intelligence Program.
Prior to Syntes, Andrei co-founded and served as President and CEO of LATISTA Technologies, Inc., an innovative software company that transformed enterprise field data management in the construction and engineering industries. LATISTA introduced one of the first web and mobile enterprise field management solutions, improving quality control and risk management for large-scale projects worldwide. Its clients included Fortune 100 companies across industries like chip manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and IT. LATISTA was acquired by Textura (NYSE: TXTR) and later merged with Oracle (NYSE: ORCL).
In the early ’90s, Andrei co-founded TEREM, an international systems integrator focused on digital printing, pre-press, and editorial software solutions for media houses and printing firms.
Andrei holds a Master’s in Computer Engineering from the Institute of Electronic Engineering, an MBA from Georgetown University, and is a graduate of Stanford’s AI Program. He also holds multiple patents in computer technologies.
