We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and play a critical role in expanding our customer base. As the first BDR at Syntes AI, you will be pivotal in driving our sales efforts and helping shape the company’s growth strategy. If you’re passionate about AI/ML technologies and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this role is for you. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers in our key target markets (CPG, e-commerce, retail, finance, healthcare) using tools like LinkedIn, 6sense, HubSpot, and industry databases. 
  • Outbound Engagement: Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and social media to generate interest, schedule meetings, and qualify leads for the sales team. 
  • Qualifying Opportunities: Understand prospect needs, business challenges, and AI/ML adoption goals to effectively qualify leads and set up successful handoffs to our sales executives. 
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise organizations, acting as the first point of contact. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and strategies to grow our customer base. 
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in HubSpot or similar CRM systems. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise technology. 
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, or data management is highly preferred. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, etc.). 
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities. 
  • Results-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
