Our startup company seeks an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing team in the US. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, preferably within the AI/ML, data management, or analytics sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in medium-sized businesses, focusing on industries benefiting from our comprehensive AI/ML and data management solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business needs, and position Syntes AI’s solutions as the ideal fit.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Syntes AI’s platform.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and continuous feedback loop for product improvement.
- Reporting: Provide the senior management team regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, focusing on AI/ML, data management, or analytics solutions.
- Track Record: Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data management principles, and the competitive landscape.
- Self-motivation: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently remotely.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
